ØJob Responsibilities

1. Drive business development and improve sales performance through customer service, product knowledge explanation and promotion;

2. Establish good customer relationships and enable potential customers to promote new energy vehicles to relatives and friends by providing the ultimate customer experience;

3. Track customers through the system, provide customers with a complete set of solutions, and help customers make decisions about purchasing new energy vehicles;

4. Develop a team of qualified product specialists and keep this team operating efficiently;

5. When customers have doubts about new energy vehicles, they can effectively propose innovative or feasible solutions to their perplexed problems, especially in terms of financial solutions, charging methods, practicability, and lifestyles;

6. Assist in the planning, execution and follow-up of experience store operational tasks and projects;

7. Other responsibilities: According to the needs of business development, complete other tasks designated by the management.

ØJob Requirements

1. More than 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry and key account sales, able to meet or exceed sales targets;

2. Strong self-motivation, excellent time management ability, learning ability, high attention to detail;

3. Strong sales data analysis ability, able to rely on data to improve the team's daily work behavior and direction;

4. Strong business negotiation skills, able to maintain efficient communication with internal and external personnel;

5. Recognize the company culture of new energy vehicles, possess the comprehensive qualities required by start-up companies, and have a strong ability to withstand pressure;

6. Solid knowledge and proven work experience in retail store operation systems;

7. Hold a valid Chinese driver's license and have no bad driving record for at least 2 years;

8. Bachelor degree or above.

ØCompensation and benefits

1. The monthly salary is between 10,000 and 15,000, depending on the performance;

2. Five insurances and one housing fund;
