ØJob Responsibilities
1. Responsible for timely, accurate and complete registration of incoming customer information and ensuring timely entry into the system;
2. Be directly responsible for completing the monthly target volume of effective calls and invitations to the store;
3. Actively, enthusiastically, and persistently answer every call to ensure a 90% retention rate (1. Name, 2. Telephone, 3. Intended model, 4. Call information channel, 5. Estimated purchase time, 6 .area)
4. Make sure to make incoming calls and answer them during working hours;
5. Ensure 70 groups of effective calls per day (calls that last for more than 60S are defined as effective calls)
6. Complete the first follow-up on the assigned new sales leads on time, and remark customer information according to the standard;
7. Inform the DCC manager one day in advance of the invited customers;
8. Communicate with the network specialist at any time to ensure that you have the best media release information and event information, and carefully edit the invitation to the store.
10. Participate in relevant training sessions to keep abreast of the latest sales policies
11. Do a good job in managing your emotions every day, maintain self-confidence, and work in a high state
12. Update DCC data reports every day, and mark key customers to improve work efficiency
13. Conscientiously complete the various tasks assigned by the leaders;

1. Standard Mandarin, strong communication skills and affinity;
2. Strong adaptability, able to adapt to the fast pace of sales work;
3. Have a sense of teamwork and teamwork spirit, be serious and responsible, and be dedicated to work;
4, 4S shop telemarketing, call center work experience is preferred;
ØCompensation and benefits
1. The monthly salary is 6,000-12,000;
