ØJob Responsibilities

1. Fully preside over the daily work of each new energy brand automobile comprehensive store or supermarket store, and lead the team to complete the store's sales, delivery and after-sales business goals;  

2. Responsible for assisting and supervising the delivery department to complete the efficient completion of all vehicle deliveries in the city;   

3. Responsible for assisting and supervising the after-sales department in solving customer vehicle problems in a timely manner, and continuously improving customer satisfaction. At the same time, the follow-up maintenance of the car-owner relationship;    

4. Control store costs, including staffing, store supplies, inventory management, service costs, etc.;

5. Manage customer satisfaction and lead general stores to provide excellent service for new energy customers;    

6. Train and upgrade the skills of employees and firmly implement company standards.

ØJob Requirements

1. College degree or above, more than five years experience in the automobile sales industry;  

2. Excellent experience in sales and after-sales team management, good at gathering team strength and motivating the team to achieve business goals together;   

3. Strong market development ability and professionalism;   

4. Those who have work experience as general manager of automobile 4S stores and have a certain understanding of the marketing model of new energy vehicles are preferred.

ØCompensation and benefits

1. The monthly salary is 15,000-25,000, depending on the performance;

2. Five insurances and one housing fund;
